All season: We apply a $10 reservation fee 'per site' upon booking. When you Check in, you will pay the site fees minus the $10 registration already paid.
If you cancel at any time you will forfeit the $10 reservation fee.
We require 48 hours for cancellation to avoid further charges. If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to arrival date, you will be charged 1 day site fee for each site reserved and cancelled.
2 night minimum stay policy - year round
During our High Season: May 1st to September 30th, we require a $100 deposit on each unit reserved. We require 30 days notice for cancellation. If you cancel prior to the 30 days before your arrival date, you will receive your deposit back minus a $25 plus tax administration fee. If you cancel past the 30 days prior to arrival you forfeit the entire deposit.
Low Season: October 1st to April 30th, we require 48 hours cancellation.
Failure to give this notice will result in a one night charge.
